Each time you give an item a second life, you can choose to receive your payment by bank transfer or a purchase credit of a higher value to make further purchases with your favourite brand.

How do I resell?

The "smart button" Reflaunt integrated in your "Wardrobe" via your customer account. After following the instructions, your item will be offered for resale on a network of third-party platforms specialising in the resale of second-hand items.

Why don't my boutique purchases appear in my wardrobe?

Clio Goldbrenner resell can only support the resale of items purchased on the website www.cliogoldbrenner.com via your customer account.

 

Once sold, who do I send my item to?

When one of your items is sold, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your address. After confirming your address, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label with instructions on how to ship the item to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping.

 

Why are some of my items rejected?

All items resold must be in excellent condition and authentic to satisfy the future owners. Some items may not be accepted by the buyer if they do not meet the quality criteria or if their authenticity cannot be verified. A sale may also be cancelled if the item is deemed not to conform to its description or photos. In this case, the item will be returned to you.

 

Where are my items listed for sale?

Your items are listed through the global network of over 20 of the most reputable secondhand platforms, including Videdressing in France, Hardly Ever Worn it in the UK, Rebelle in Germany, Tradesy in the US, Zalora in Asia, Afound or Miinto in the Nordic countries.

 

How do I know when my items are sold?

As soon as an item is sold, you will be notified by e-mail, and you can choose to receive your payment by bank transfer or a Clio Goldbrenner voucher of a higher value. If you choose the voucher, Clio Goldbrenner offers you an additional 20%.

 

What if I change my mind about selling an item?

If you no longer wish to sell an item, please click on this link and specify the reference code of the items you wish to cancel the sale of. Please note that the sale of these items will be suspended as soon as you receive a confirmation email.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

 

How is the resale price set?

Our pricing algorithm scours the web to determine the right price based on market trends, demand for that model and the condition of the item. We will give you a range within which you can set your price.

 

Why is there a difference between the resale price and the payment I receive?

This is the commission paid to the marketplace that sells the items and the service fee from Reflaunt.

 

What is the "Smart Price" function?

At any time, you can decide to reduce the price of a listed item to increase your chances of giving it a second life. You can do this by checking your wardrobe here. For added convenience, you can also decide to use the "Smart Price" feature when listing your items. With this feature, the selling prices of your unsold items are gradually lowered over time, by 15% every 45 days, with a maximum reduction of 3 x 15%.

 

Can I lower the resale price to sell faster?

At any time, you can decide to reduce the price of a listed item to increase your chances of giving it a second life. You can do this by viewing your cloakroom here and clicking on "edit" under your item.

 

How do I receive my payment?

As soon as an item is sold, you will receive an e-mail offering you the possibility to choose between payment by bank transfer or a Clio Goldbrenner voucher. If you choose the voucher, Clio Goldbrenner offers you a 20% surcharge.

 

How do I use my Clio Goldbrenner voucher?

You will receive your voucher by e-mail with instructions on how to use it.

 

Can I use my voucher on current promotions?

Yes, the voucher is a payment method and not a promotion.

 

If I have a problem using my credit, who do I contact?

Clio Goldbrenner will answer questions about the use and recovery of credit notes.
